Two years ago today, we took our beloved Sierra on her final walk before sending her over the rainbow bridge.

Sierra was more than just a beloved pet. She posessed the most extraordinary soul of any creature we'd ever met. Kind and gentle, intelligent and wise, she was our empathic soulmate. She took care of us, not only when we were sick, but every day.

Her last two days were among the most gut-wrenching of our lives, but we focused solely on giving her all the love, comfort, and memories. The first walk, on 10.25, was in the wagon, where we stopped so that she could enjoy the flowers that were still blooming, and her favorite place, the waterfall. Her second walk, on the 26th, completely surprised us. She didn't want to ride in the wagon. We let her lead us (following with the wagon, just in case), and she walked the entire 1.5 miles of her favorite route along Brantner Gulch. We went slowly. When she seemed tired, we tried to coax her into the wagon, but she wouldn't have it. That day she walked her final walk with diginity and pride. Once back home, she collapsed on her bed. We talked and sang to her. Her final BarkBox came that day, a couple of hours before the vet arrived. We set the stuffed toys around her so she could enjoy them. She ate all of the treats; that was the first she'd eaten in 2 days. We took her outside on her bed and invited a few neighbors to bring her doggy friends over to say goodbye. Then the vet came and gave us our final minutes with her. We gave her some chocolate and a hamburger. We knew she didn't want to leave us, but her tired, sick body gave her no choice. We still desperately miss this beautiful soul who loved us so profoundly and unconditionally.

We can officially give the highest recommendation to Namaste Solar!

Our original installer went bankrupt and left us as "orphans." Goodleap took over and when their monitoring discovered we had issues with our inverter and a panel not working.

Namaste sent out two AMAZING techs, Dylan and Janna, who spent two days repairing animal damage, upgrading and replacing obsolete equipment, making sure everything was working properly, and adding animal guards around the entire array.

If you're looking to go solar, or need something with your current solar fixed or updated, give them a call!
